CARD SME opens relocated branch in Balayan, Batangas The relocated CARD SME Bank Balayan Branch is now open and ready to serve clients at Union Street, Poblacion 5, Balayan, Batangas. President and CEO Aristeo A. Dequito; Executive Vice-President and COO Cynthia Baldeo; and Board Vice-Chair Jingle A. Perreras graced the event and participated in the branch’s opening ceremony last October 23, 2017. Selected officers and staff of various CARD MRI institutions, business partners, members, and clients also attended the event.
